In a world that constantly encourages us to do more, this gathering is an invitation to simply be.
Join us for a gentle, guided experience in nature where mindfulness, reflection, and authentic connection come together. Through intentional walking, quiet moments of presence, guided journaling, and meaningful conversation, we'll create space to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the wisdom that naturally emerges when we slow down.
No hiking experience or meditation background is necessary – just comfortable shoes, an open heart, and a willingness to be present.

During Our Time Together
Together we will:
- Practice mindful walking in a beautiful natural setting
- Experience guided grounding and mindfulness exercises
- Pause for personal reflection and guided journaling
- Explore thought-provoking prompts inspired by the season and our shared experience
- Connect in small-group conversation and community
- End with relaxed social time over coffee, tea, or a picnic (location dependent)
Each gathering is unique, offering a new opportunity to cultivate gratitude, clarity, creativity, and connection.
